Specially made sesame flavored one-pot Hida beef dish is served for each guest. Sesame flavors make a perfect match with Hida beef. Hida beef is famous for having a texture described as ebeef that melts in your mouthf.
We also hope that you enjoy our exquisite handmade dishes including homemade fruit wine, handmade gspecial Goma-dofu (sesame bean curd) in which a starch made from the kudzu is used.
